Payment options
Face Up Skincare accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. Face Up Skincare we encrypt all your card details with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Delivery
Face Up Skincare tries to strive to ship orders placed before 12:00 noon to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will not be shipped until the following day. Face Up Skincare ensures delivery by Post Danmark (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. However, timely delivery requires that Post Danmark complies with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at Post Danmark, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. Post Danmark’s quality target for delivery reliability is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. However, please note that these percentages are average and may cover large local and time-limited variations. Face Up Skincare cannot be held responsible for delays at Post Danmark. In the event of very delayed (several days) or non-delivery, Face Up Skincare will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
Right of complaint
Face Up Skincare provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects and defects that should be discovered by usual examination of the product must be notified to Face Up Skincare within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or, by agreement, possible credit. In connection with complaints, Face Up Skincare will pay return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or by delivering the goods personally to us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is facilitated if adequate information accompanies the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, copy of any previous correspondence, etc.
Refund
In the event of agreed reductions, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made to the means of payment from which the payment was made.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods from the day they are received, then 14 days to send it back. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item is received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You are responsible for the cost of the return.
The consumer can cancel a purchase even if the item has been used. An item is only used if it is used beyond what is possible by trying it out in a physical store. If the item is used, a concrete assessment is made of what the item as used can be sold for to another consumer.
