As a member of Club Face Up Skincare, you will receive a birthday email greeting with a birthday discount from us. This requires that your birthday is registered in your profile with us.

Refer a new client to us and get 100 points to your bonus account. All your friend needs to do is tell us that he/she was referred by you on his/her first visit with us. You will then receive 100 points that can be used for treatments or products according to Face Up Skincare’s Club rules.

♥ TRACK YOUR POINTS ON YOUR RECEIPT
You can easily get an overview of your earned points on your receipt or by logging in to your profile in online booking.

♥ YOUR POINTS DO NOT EXPIRE
Your points do not expire as long as you are an active customer with us. If you have no activities (purchase of products or treatments) in your bonus account with us, your points will expire 1 year after you have earned them.

CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS Face Up Skincare

Club points are only earned on the full price of the treatment or product and cannot be combined with discounts.
Club points can only be used as payment for Club Face Up Skincare treatments and products.
The points can be used when you have earned enough points to pay the full price of a treatment or product.
Point payments cannot be used to pay for products or treatments where a discount has already been given.
Face Up Skincare Club’s points cannot be exchanged for cash, used as gift cards or as partial payment for a treatment or product.
Points are not earned when purchasing gift cards, but points are earned when paying with gift cards.
Points are not earned for Add-On treatments or vouchers, as discounts are already included.
Face Up Skincare Club’s points are personal and cannot be used by others.
Points deleted from the newsletter cannot be recovered.
A returned product will be deducted from your points again.
Points cannot be earned in both Club Face Up Skincare and pHformula APP.
