Monday – Friday 10.00 – 18.00 (by appointment 08.00-20.00)
Saturday 10.00 – 14.00 (by appointment 09.00-15.00)

Student discount:
Upon presentation of a valid student card, we offer a 15% discount on treatments Monday-Friday between 09.00 – 14.00. The discount cannot be combined with other discounts and offers.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the treatment starts. In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend, we will do everything we can to sell your appointment. If we are unsuccessful, you will be invoiced 50% of the treatment price.
By not showing up for your appointment, you deprive us of pay and another customer of the opportunity for treatment. Therefore, you will be invoiced for the full price of the treatment.

Same-day cancellations can only be made by phone – call us on +45 20 835 834 during our opening hours. For bookings/cancellations outside our opening hours, please refer to our online booking.
Delays:
If you are late for the agreed time, we will do our best to treat you in the remaining time, however, please note that the full amount will be charged.
